Our room was incredibly comfortable and warm, equipped with Internet and a private bathroom. The staff was very helpful and provided us with great recommendations.

I enjoyed it, recommendable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and complete with cappuccino and ham, as example.

It's clean and location is close to city centre.

The staff here were really friendly and the location is spot on, right by the subway. the breakfast was yummy, especially the ham 🥓.

I've spent there four nights with friend in double room. Breakfast is good. And there is just a couple of people from staff very nice, pleasant and attentive people. But anyway wouldn't have a wish to come back there.

Some staff is not so glad to see you there.

The day I lived in the hotel is no hot shower available. Air conditioned, tv, wifi will charge extra fee. They know about no hot water but did not tell me when I checked in. So I checked out one day before my original booking date, they do not apologize at all and charge me the total price of the second day. No one can endure no hot shower available in such a hotel with poor facilities and the unkind staffs. Something happens absolutely angry with this hotel. A friend come to stay with me due to personal reasons, I told the reception that I would like to add one more person and they charged me extra 20 euros for sharing the single room. The next day, today, I checked out due to no hot shower available. The staffs there blamed me and shouted that 'no two people stay in a single room.' I am totally angry, if it is not permitted, why they let my friend stay when I pay the extra fees?!! They can let my friend go! It is totally unacceptable, rude, and cheating!!!!! They did not feel sorry about no hot shower at all! They just focused on my friend's stay and one women shouted to us!!! I kindly explained the reason why my friend came to visit me but they do not listen and not trust me. I feel their indignity and if they do not believe me how can I trust them about the hot shower will be available under the circumstance that no one has come to repair it until I checked out. On one hand they say that I do not inform them about the guest sharing the room. On the other hand, they charged me extra 20 euros that night and I got the receipt. They insist on `I should inform them about my guest in advance' but they do not inform me about the hot water issue even they know until I asked the reception. As a hotel, they do not provide the service and equipment as described on Booked.net.

Very very far from metro station ,no supermarkets on way.old but cheap and clean but far from where I was going everyday ,staff were ok too

Breakfast is only sweet..., No carpets in room so it is cold litlle bit, very expensive wifi (10e a day), In tv just italian programms it should be no problem to add sattelite dish anywhere.... Possibility of smoking in rooms even it is "no smoking hotel..."

The breakfast options here are delicious with choices like ham and cappuccino.

It was centrally located. We took bus 81 from the train station. Our room required climbing a flight of stairs which did not present a problem for us. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and we felt safe both in the neighborhood and certainly the hotel is well monitored. We only spent one night.

Helpful staff. Not a long wait to get into room.

Would prefer a hot breakfast.
